A. Tremendous opportunities. You can grow up and up. Everything is up to you.
C. Forget about personal growth. Focus on salary growth. Look at their faces and bodies. Can these people give you a personal growth? They can only exploit you. Don't be naïve.

3. How is an employee evaluated and promoted?
A. Every 6 months, your manager will discuss your work and how to get a promotion.
T. We don't evaluate and promote. We just hire, tire, and fire. It is all depends on your manager mood. You are at her mercy.

4. Describe the typical first year assignments.
A. Deep financial analysis, monthly and annual reports, general ledger. You will wear different hats.
T. Data-entry is 8 hours per day. Occasionally you will copy and fax some stuff and answer calls.

5. Tell me about your initial and future training programs.
A. We have mostly in-house one on one training. Everything you need to know will be explained to you.
T. No training. We will throw you into the water; and we expect that you will swim. Maybe you will be drawn. We don't know; and we don't care.

6. What are the challenging facets of the job?
A. To be able to do multitask.
T. I don't know and I don't care. I guess is to kiss manager's ass.
C/ The job is easy. The people are difficult. They make you mad. Multitask is screwing a lot of things simultaneously.

T. It is not your business to know.

A. We are nice.
T. There are no differences. We are all idiots.
