College of Hell Should you, me go to college, take few courses or not? This is the issue and it should be solved. I took few courses before and here is the experience from my previous term. College is not free, you should pay for the course. There are few exceptions for poor, without degree, and for blacks. So, the first thing I did is fill out FAFSA forms, financial aide forms, and papers for help. Few months later, I got only loans, money which should be pay back, It is debt after 6 months of the graduation or after drop out from college. How much is the debt? For my local community college it was just few thousands dollars for one term. It looks nothing to you, but for me it is huge money, the bondage of debt. So, I wrote few hundred letters, essays, poems, and junk to get scholarships. I got few rejection letters and silence from most foundations.. That is zero dollars for waiting in lines and writing my stuff. What else will you see in the college? Library, labs, stupid teachers, dean’s and student activities offices, and tutoring center. In general, you read and write for your teacher, no practical knowledge is gained, just waste of the time and money. Some teachers are so boring, they put you to sleep. Others tell stupid jokes, are busy, and hate any questions from students. That’s college in nutshell, it is simplified version what may happen to you. So, why do people go to college if it so bad and screwed up? It is a good question. Some people are here for dating, sex, drugs, parties... Others are doing what their parents told them to do. Few guys like the challenge, philosophy, art, science, math. Some think that degree is the ticket for future. They want better job, better money, plus career and fun. They may or may not realize their dream.
