B-O-T was founded in 1975. It originated the concept of recording full length/unabridged readings of bestsellers for rent or sale through the mail. Today, and always, B-O-T is dedicated to offering the world's largest selection, the greatest variety, the highest quality, the lowest prices and the best service. That's why we're number one!
Our Customers
Our friends and customers are all book lovers who like to make good use of their time. They come from all walks of life - businesspeople, teachers, police officers, attorneys, artists, craftspeople, truck drivers - you name it. What they share is a love for reading, and B-O-T simply supplements their reading habit while they drive, exercise, and even work.
BOT: We choose only books with strong literary integrity, which prove themselves through bestsellers lists, through academic review, and through time. We welcome nominations from our friends and customers. Please click here to recommend that we record a particular title or author.
Our Content
Generally, books published after 1945 may contain content that is unsuitable for children or is offensive and includes profanity, graphic violence and explicit sexuality. However, titles in Adventure, Travel & The Sea, Books for Young Readers and Classics, are generally suitable for family listening. And, as is always the case with B-O-T, if you are dissatisfied with any selection, we will happily refund your cost.
